I led the content strategy for the launch of Bobbie for Change, the company’s bold response to the 2022 formula crisis.

Gotham FC

I served as a senior strategic advisor in the creation of NJ/NY Gotham FC's updated social impact strategy in partnership with Charter Oak Advisory.Gotham's new strategy will position the organization as one of the boldest teams in the National Women's Soccer League in championing social change and leveraging the power of soccer to improve the lives of BIPOC women, girls and the LGBTQ community.

Over the course of nearly a decade, I played a founding role of the development and execution of Airbnb's social impact strategies from the ground up.

Highlights

  • Led strategy & team to build a community of 100,000+ Hosts & donors providing free housing to their communities in times of crisis.

  • Led community strategy for public launch of Airbnb.org as in independent 501(c)3.

  • Built & launched employee volunteer and giving program, leading to 20k hours of service 20 global offices.

  • Built early framework for the company’s first diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including the launch of employee resource groups.
